Help with Heat Exchanger

I picked up a heat exchanger off someone locally which came off a Mercedes E55 AMG. Need to know if it will fit my 2006 SS/SC.

If somone has the dimensions of the Cobra HE that would help.

This unit is 29 " x 5" x 3" compared to ZZP's Stage 3 the dimensions are almost the same.

Anyone tried one of these?

Any input is appreciated.

Not mine but one I found quickly on Google.

They seem a bit of a rarity and of course the AMG crowd usually upgrade there units becuase it doesn't provide enough cooling when they mod.

its just a h/e so it will fit. Just make custom brackets and run hoses to it.

I am hoping to make use of those existing brackets by bolting some L brackets to them. The end caps also have a way to clip onto some flat brackets if I put a notch into the bracket. Looks like ot may have slid onto the back of the bumper. Mine has 2 end caps.

I'll post some picss of it later. Pretty happy with the find since I have to find some areas to cut costs a bit. Cobra HE's in my neck of the woods are not easy to find.

Thanks for the info guys, I was pretty sure it would work but just wanted 2nd opinions to see if I wasn't seeing something that would cause issues.

Next up is putting together a DIY option B. Based on my reading any coolant expansion tank which has correct fittings (need to be low in the tank to avoid introducing air) will do. There is a good chance I will buy this from ZZP however since I don't want to be shopping all over for the plumbing pieces and end up Mickey Mousing the job.

More Pics of mine -
