Help with intake

Well I want an aftermarket intake. But I'm tuned with my stock one. Will it make a huge difference that it's gonna mess with my tune? Tuners please chip in!

yes it does make a difference, i was tuned with my stock intake and opening it up with the aftermarket one was deffinately noticeable, ive had it on for a few months, havent had any major problems but i have noticed my car misfiring a bit. So i am in the hunt for an AFR and hoping a retune will clear it up, or almost clear it up.

I have no idea with switching out intakes, i dont know the first thing about tuning I pay for my mods and put them on then pay someone to make them work so I dont blow my motor up. i was just speaking from my experiences.

If you change out your intake you should definately get tuned for it. Should throw the MAF table off not 100 sure if it throws your fuel trims off or not.

I have an intake on my car, and haven't tuned it yet. But it wouldn't be a bad idea to have it tuned.
