you say guys a lot.

1: left one is for the SCIP (1 BAR MAP) sensor. Find something to plug it, as its really only for the LSJ ECM. The right one is the brake booster connection

2: it doesnt go to anything. Again, its only for the LSJ (it would be how the ECM controls boost)

3: Thats your manifold pressure line. You want to run a boost gauge off of that line (mechanical is best)

4: the LSJ TB bolts right up (requires rewiring). If you want to use your stock TB, you need to drill some holes to make it fit. Its up to you.

5: zoom out a bit..i cant even tell if thats an intake or exhaust manifold. Looks like exhaust side, and that looks like an SAI connection goes there. Ask Gene on that one, cause it appears you have a LAP and not an L61 (what year us your car?)

pic 5 - that hole its beside intake manifold, and there was connector (smal pipe) going to inlet manifold(under TB)
ok I will drill some new holes.thank You
the car is from 2001 and its european version of cobalt engines but basically the same as You have(z22se)I will Gene about it
so if I want to have boost gauge ,do I have to connect it to fuel rail as it in standard mate?
thanks for helping anyway

1. Use a 7/16" tap and SHORT bolt wrapped with teflon tape to plug that hole.
2. You can just remove that tube from the solenoid, it is not used on your vehicle.
3. As Hunter said, run your boost gauge off of that line, it won't hook up to anything else on your car.
4. There should be a red O-ring that goes in the groove on the supercharger to seal against the TB. It looks like yours is missing in that picture...
5. I'm not sure what to tell you about that one, that hole is different than the Cobalts'...

4. you need a red seal ring.
not sure what the part number is, but i have one i can mail you if you want.
have it from my old sc build.
pm me.
i know you're in ireland but we can figure something out.

-edit-
i just realized something, you're probably still using the 2.2 throttle body.
its a hard fit, but if you screw it down with some gasket maker over it, it'll work.

I see you're from Ireland. You are doing an SC conversion on a Z22SE? (= European L61)
If so, you cannot rely on all the info for the LSJ PCM set-up. Better take a look at the Z22SE.co.uk forum in their supercharger conversion section.

1) The Z22SE SC conversions do not have the SCIP sensor in the SC. 1)The brake booster hose is connected to that big pipe on the side.
2) Lower conn. bypass solenoid is left open
3)The small pipe/hose must be connected to the fuel pressure regulator, as we have a return style system. (I assume a Courtenay remapped PCM or other?)
4) make 2,2 TB fit or fit the 68mm LSJ TB and rewire.
5) That's your EGR system and cannot work with the LSJ manifiold. Fit an EGR blanking plate (+ optional cheater)

What's your car. A VX220 perhaps?

Cheers,

You can send Courtenay your PCM and they will do a base SC mapping so you can ride your car.
Around 2 weeks turn-over time.
