Thanks bro. It's about 1 1/2 hours away. Not bad. I'll really try and be there.

BTW, the link to your 2.8" pulley post has been added to the thread. Lots of good info in there.

I can't find the chart but I remember it was like 255whp and 223wtq. It's all about that torque. Those are good numbers.

CT, that 2.79 pulley isnt going to give gains over 2.8, no difference between the 2, plus I woul d be careful, I know I prefer a name brand on something as critical as a pulley..

Yeah I know it won't give gains over the 2.8
I don't even understand why it's 2.79 and not 2.8
Good call on the name brand thing. This is a critical part!

This might help. I'm still looking for you though.

Another thing we noticed is that the Pulley boyz ring weighs like half of what the stage 2 ring weighs. Its very similar in quality, and seems to work flawlessly. I will be resetting my ECU soon, but even without that it was noticably faster, especially in the 2500-4000 range. I took a few videos of acceloration and will have them up in a few. This is well worth it, and I love the extra power. I reused the blue bolts, and will keep this pulley on unless something goes wrong, in which case I will swap it back to avoid issues. MY bro gives it two thumbs up.

make sure you have

1.) an extra person
2.) a 15 mm wrench
3.) the GM stage 2 torque bits

Oh I got my CAB's installed today too. 60 bucks install. Glad I shopped arround, as Car V2 was going to charge me 180.... I was like WTF. They are pretty awesome too, but until I get to the track I wont be able to test them as much.

The end of the hub should be flush with the end of the snout.

How is it hesitating? At part throttle?

Hard to tell from the pic but it appears ok. The end of the hub, by the yellow in the pic, should sit flush with the end of the supercharger snout.
