personally i think you can install it without removing the bumper. shortly after i installed mine i bent the brackets and broke the welds on a bump and i jacked up one side and unbolted it. and it came right out. Then fixed it, welded it back and bolted it right back up, all while the bumper was on

Id also like to see a how-to for one of these. Is a HPtuner tune needed after install?

welds are fine. Mine has been on for 6 months no issues. You do not need to take the bumper off. Just jack up the car, mark where the two holes have to be drilled on the crash bumper-VERY IMPORTANT THOUGH- center it so it looks centered not measured centered, some people have done the measurments and ended up with it being off to one side when you look at it- use some block of wood then a paint pen- mark the holes then drill them. Then its just running the hosing and bleeding air out of the system. Should only be an 1.5 hour job. I will try and find the diagram for the hoses for you.

I can help you with this if you want. I installed mine on my own. It's really as easy as drilling two holes and bolting it on. No need to remove the bumper. No need to adjust anything in your tune.

Nope. Its just for cooling purposes. No need to tune.

it's easier to take off the bumper and its really not hard to take off. I also removed the stock heat exchanger too though. go to the how to section, there should be a good few how too's on how to install heat exchangers, with and without the stock one. just remember the top inlet is the input bottom is output and oyur good to go.

i think everything that you need is in the kit, or so im told, but if not youll need hoses, clamps, and bolts

is it necessary to drain the coolant or, what exactly are the procedures on putting it on

buy some extra hose. When i did it the OTT kit didnt have enough hose for routing it good. Cheap to buy extra just in case.

i just pulled the one hose off the Stock HE and drained a bit as needed. Then ran with the stock HE still in place though.
