Help removing two throttle things on top of tranny

Help removing two throttle things on top of tranny

i dont know what they are just need to know howto remove them



allen wrench on the side part wont work, tried to just pop them off doesnt work, tried to pry them off and no luck any ideas?

Is that the shifting mechanism on the tranny? If it is, those are probably splined shafts sticking out. Take those allens out and maybe a little heat will get those off.

and yea i think its the shifting thingy on the tranny

Its not a roll pin, is it? If not, sounds like you will need a special tool.

You will have to get a punch and knock it out. those things are a bitch, so be careful! patience is key. Those things aren't made to come out easy. Use lots of WD-40, or if you can get Kroil, that's the ****.

Just pop off the plastic pieces. No need to remove the roll pin.

Just get a big fking screwdriver and pop em off...ive done it a few times thats all u need to do

I just used a big screwdriver and popped the linkages off takes like two minutes
