Help with tensioner pulley

Help with tensioner pulley
I wen to put the oversized tensioner pulley on from intense today and had some problem. First off it rubs on the th9ing right below it and also I cant get the belt around th SC pulley when it is on. any suggestions

did you grind the part down that the website says to?
it may be hard to get the belt on pry it one witha screw driver but be carful.
what size pulley did you put on It shouldn't be too tight to get on.
