Haha, yeah i'll never sell it

It's still 1 liter. The high helix rotors & slight porting of the housing are what give it the performance increase.

So i wonder if you can just buy the rotors and then rebuild it???

Nope .... they do not make the rotors anymore. Nor will Eaton make them again. Trust me I asked, haha. Also, the H62 housing is slightly different than the M62 housing. The outlet is ported (see my avatar photo to the left) to accommodate the high helix rotors.

The cost to make the rotors is very expensive, and not worth it due to the TVS being out now.

Has anyone called clogged cat yet? I can't be bothered to read the whole thread! lol. Our cats are covered for up to 10 years now through GM. I got a letter in the mail a year or so ago. Clogged cats are common with the factory tune because it is so rich. Go to a dealership and tell them to change that cat and that GM will be footing the bill! FREE FIX FTW!

My issue was my spark plug gap. The OP wasnt sure of his issue, but his car is fine now.

Well they also have a recall on some of the cats...mine wasn't under that....but it was bad so i got it done under the 5/100 powertrain....

I got the letter about the cat warrenty (10 years/100,000 miles). Never had an issue with mine.
