Hmm .... I would check those things.

My car has been experiencing spark blow out ever since I installed my H62 blower. It only happens once in awhile, but def causes a noticable hesitation under WOT. I'll be switching the stock plugs (gapped at 0.035") out this week with one step colder plugs (gapped at 0.032"). Hopefully, that solves my issue.

and one time it did it twice in a row..not like pull then pull ...like in the same pull....thats when it started to worry me....

Hey man I just experienced this last night in 2nd gear. I tired to see if I could get it to happen again, but I made two more clean pulls w/o issue. I had zero knock & zero missfires. I'm going to look into this some more. I'll let you know what I find out.

yeah thats exactly what i was doing....now im getting my supercharger gasket changed...i dont know if that was an issue...i was showing no knock or misfire or codes...so i was trying to get it to do it and watch the igntion timing...maybe something is happening and it is pulling timing so much that it feels like a hesitation////?!?!

Well, my supercharger gasket is brand new, so I know thats not my issue. It never did this until i installed my new plugs. I installed the new plugs, because I was experiencing spark blow out with my stock plugs (plus it was time for 1-step colder plugs). I'm going to check my plugs this afternoon. I may need to open the gap up slightly. I'll let you know how it goes.

My factory plugs were gapped at 0.035, but ever since I installed the H62 blower I started experiencing spark blow out every once in a while. So i closed up my gap to 0.032 on my new plugs, but I think that is to small for my application (or my car doesnt like it, haha), and may be the reason my car hestitated. I'm going to check them today to see if they are burning correctly.

I have my connections, haha.

It sounds different, and performs a good deal better. I felt a nice bump in power from it when I installed it over 2 months ago. The main difference are the high helix rotors. They have a higher degree of twist (120*) vs. the m62's (60*) twist rotors. The outlet triangle of the housing is also slightly ported.

You can see what it looks like in my images.

It's because your engine is not at operating temp so it's not getting full combustion, derp.

For the others in this thread, if your engine is at operating temp, it's because you are tuned rich, most likely in the VE table as stated above.

My car is not tuned rich.

Its running much better now that I adjusted my spark plug gap. My car didnt like the common 0.032" plug gap that everyone thinks is best for these cars. She used to run like a champ with the stock plugs gapped at 0.035" (only experienced blow out issues randomly), so I re-gapped my new plugs to 0.034". Worked wonders. The car feels smoother and much more responsive now.

I figured that was my issue considering I never had any hesitation problems before I installed the new plugs. I had spark blow out issues, but never any hesitation.

Since i had my super charger gaskets replaced it doesn't hesitate now...i dont know if that fixed my issue of running good tho...but anyways last night i was doing a pull and it felt so weird....i floored it in 2nd and it felt like the tires broke loose but they didnt...and i thought the clutch was slipping but it wasn't.....hasn't done this since.....but i did have a very bad hub bearing....?!?! Any thought..???

Yes it does ....

It was dyno tested at 20 whp over an M62 at any given pulley size. That was from simply bolting it on like I did. If i fine tuned for it I'm sure I could see another 10 whp or so.

Just bolted it on.

The H62 runs fantastic with my GM Stage 3 tune. It produces a good deal more low - mid range power than the M62 along with great top end. The whine is deeper and more pronounced sounding than the M62. I dont have any clips of it yet, but as soon as I do they will be posted.

I cant hook you up, because only 3 were ever documented to exist.

1. Time Attack SS/SC
2. Time Attack SS/SC back up engine
3. Spare (aka. mine)

There has been rumor that 7 were made total, but I go by my total, because it from a reliable source.
