High compression vs higher boost

I wast wondering if i were to build up an LSJ from scratch with my TVS super charger would it be better to have a higher compression ratio with the stock TVS super charger, or keep a relatively low compression ratio with a smaller pulley for higher boost. Or maybe high compression with a high boost but I'm not trying to break ****. Does anyone have experience with different set-ups? If so which works best for you and what kind of complications did you run into?

R u on E85, meth, or race gas.

Otherwise keep the stock compression. For 91(93) octane
