High rpm issues! Help!

So I re-gapped my plugs, I didn't notice a change, but it was worth a shot. Also, I noticed the two hoses that are attached to the bypass valve (I think lol) have cracks forming in them. Does anyone know where I could buy some replacement hose without forking out a ****load of cash? lol thanks

Also I looked at my injectors (what I could see anyways) and the clip on them is blue, does this mean anything?
