High rpm issues! Help!

I had a problem one time when I dropped pulley size and it was the boost bypass valve bleeding of boost. I was on a 2.7 but was making 8 lbs. it sounded kind of like a plastic bag waving in the wind. I unpluged the line and plugged it with a bolt and checked the tune and everything was ok so I left it unplugged for a while. Maybe that's your problem but just not as extreme.
So I re-gapped my plugs, I didn't notice a change, but it was worth a shot. Also, I noticed the two hoses that are attached to the bypass valve (I think lol) have cracks forming in them. Does anyone know where I could buy some replacement hose without forking out a ****load of cash? lol thanks
Also I looked at my injectors (what I could see anyways) and the clip on them is blue, does this mean anything?
