How and where do i get a smaller pulley. also, if i get lets say a 2.8, can i just have an auto shop install it without doing any ECU/PCM flashes. i have no other mods atm. taking it one step at a time.

 

You can go to Intense for the pulley but as far as not doing PCM work like a MAF-T or a reflash, isn't a good idea. Here is a quote from Intense Racing.
