Has anyone seen this downpipe for like $149.99. is this worth it?

 

i thought i saw it for like 229.00

 

that is for with a Cat. SO to get it straight. with a Cat it will probably clog up. without a Cat and u wont pass emissions?

 

i'm going to order it on monday, but it will be a while before i can install it since the car is blown up. right now i have a chopped up factory dp with a piece of pipe welded in and the cat removed. hopefully this will get an extra hp or two since the piping will flow better than my jerry rigged job
