How to get stage 2 bolts off NO TOOL??

Im trying to get those pain in the ass stage 2 bolts off and i dont have the tool. I bought new ones from smooth flow pulleys so it does not matter if i mess the old bolts up. Any ideas????

This might get them loose. I dont think it will though.

In all seriousness, I dont know what to tell you. Alot of guys had to drill the bolts out because they couldnt get them off. I just made sure no lock tite was used on mine.

If you really don't care just use easy outs like previously mentioned.

Take off the supercharger, clamp the pulley in a vise, take a 3/8" drill bit and drill the heads off the bolts. Then the pulley will come off, and whats left of the bolts in the hub will spin out by hand. I've had to do this on two different cars.

is there anything I need to know about taking the s/c off? Any fluids that will need to be replaced. What all needs to come off?

My bolt heads are stripped, and I can't get them off with vice grips.

No fluids, unless you have to take off the fuel rail to get at the top passenger side bolt. I just got a 6mm allen socket, and ground off the sides of the socket until it fit in there. Bench grinder works great. You have 2 electrical connectors to take off. The one on the bottom is a little bit of a pain, you have to pull off the little gray clip in it before you can unplug it. Other than that, just a vacuum hose on the boost bypass and two plastic lines. Also need to take off the 2 bolts that hold the coolant fill tube to the supercharger... 10mm wrench.
