how important is it to get the crank checked
as long as you didnt damage it you should be fine. its balanced within a certain tolerance from the factory so as long as their was nothing that could have harmed it its fine. although if you have it out you can get it lightened and rebalanced withough hurting the structural integrity and free up a couple ponys. and once its out depending on your build and how much power your lookin for u should invest on some clevit main bearings
i noticed in your signature that your boring .15over. what did those pistons cost and did u get sleeves from darton? im still thinking about boring mine a little, my block is in the machine shop gettin machined for the sleeve install. i havnt ordered pistons yet and im just curious how much more it would be for the custom size. thanks
