HOW to install pulley on supercharger

OK i got some questions when removing the supercharger does it have a one use gasket or what will i need if it does need one do

with the tool the looks like s horse shoe to remove the supercharger stock pulley how do i use that to remove the stocker

when i put the new hub in there how do i get it to fit push it in there? just need to know these questions

http://www.intense-racing.com/swap/ Try this link, might help. Also on your first question, the gasket for the supercharger is reuseable, if you want you can go down to the local chevy dealership they usually have them in stock.

anyone else

what about removing it do you have to remove the supercharger and if so whats the best method of changing the pulley

u have to remove the supercharger.

Have a press to get the original pulley off, and putting the hub on is easiest.

A pulley puller will work too.

once the new hub is on, all u do is bolt on the new pullies.

a 3 jaw pulley pulley will work but may damage the stovk pulley as u pull it out, the stock one can be pressed back in using a m8x1.25" threaded bolt and some think washer....

i really dont care about the stock one i plan on keeping it with an ottp stage the car is paid off and when i sell it will prolly sell privately

than use a "3 jaw 5 ton pulley puller" from autozone....that will get it off

i used the zzp pulley puller and changed the pulleys in about 20 minutes.. not only does it remove the stock pulley but also installs the new hub... they are i think 100 new from zzperformance.com. i personally got mine used from a member on here.. go to the Arizona forum in the reginals and ask around for help.. i would do it for you but thats a little long of a drive lol
