how to.. supercharger porting
You guys should contact Euthanasia he does excellent supercharger porting work. Awesome pricing ad incredibly high quality, my roomate and i personally drove about 2 hours out to go see him in action. Well worth it.
Save yourself a lot of time by keeping the snout and rotor assembly together with some clamps when pulling them out.
I have done 18 supercharger portings, and can tell you that it gets easier with practice. CUT the material out then grind, and make it as smooth as possible. Spend as much time getting the Top (narrow) portion of the blower as smooth as possible and as big as possible. Go all the way out if you can, since that is where air enters it first. I remove a 1/4 inch all around, and a hair more at the top.
Here is a picture of my "Cool Porting" Most times I do not port the side holes, but they seems to help relieve pressure. Most people do not prefer this style, but it is a copy of the Intense Porting style.

Here is a picture of my "Boost Porting" It leaves the side holes as stock sized but smooth as possible, and features twice as much removal on the main passage as the "Cool Porting" This is the better style for higher performance gains, since it has more airflow in. You will sometimes notice additional boost with this method.

And here is a rough How-to I did, not showing the full final product, additional smoothing is required.
