Cant really answer the pulley size Q's but the exhaust depends on how much noise you want to make and if you see your self going over 300 engine horsepower. But a lot is preference.

bigger exhaust is ideal, for the pulley i've been told the 2.9 can yeild the best gains, you may want to look into cooling mods to, depending on a tune with the exhaust i say 260 igive or take

umm... i chill with Area47 everyonce in awhile doesnt make my word any better then anyone elses. no offense to you Glen your a smart guy. i'm just basing off what i've seen, read, and been told. i have intake stage 2 w/ 2.9" pulley full exhaust and a modified stage 2 map from Area47, and i'm sure i'm only making around 265 to the wheels give or take

any idea whos it was?
it was a new members on here, hes a nice guy, but every car is different so comparing it is useless

same mods on a different car put down 255

all dyno numbers are SAE corrected

Lol. I doubt you are making 265. Are you on a whole Area47 tune or what?

not really sure what he did the car was running rough before he retuned it, on a 2.8 it made 240 on a dyno that runs 15-20 hp low

torque numbers are the key thing here, thats most of what you feel

whats the point of 440/260 like the hahn setup is making

it only makes 440 so high, most of your pull you feel the 260, sometimes people make sucha big deal about the HP number when really its the torque they should aim for
