Wow, an old post of mine back from the dead.
Hey guys.
You know, I never did a thing to my SS. The header never got put on, never did the over the axle mod or a muffler. Was real interested in Staged's results with the ported extrudehoned manifold, and didn't act on that either.
I bought an auto trans 2000 C5 Corvette instead for $10k, modded it myself, drove it all summer and ran it at the drags. Also bought HP tuners and tuned it. Fun stuff. Nice car.
Ran 11.10 @ 123....so the Cobalt became the winter driver.
I still may tweak it, just because now the performance feels quite lacking. Not sure. But, I do have HPT now, so perhaps put a wideband bung in it and see what's up.
