well i followed all the steps on the Ion forums Maf/VE tuning steps and i still get the -1.11 (around that range) on my maf error as well as the wideband reading around 10-10.7 AFR while crusing.

Did you try my custom pid? That is the only way I got mine to work.

hmmm so u have disabled the VE and all the fuel adders and ur getting a approx. a 10 AFR just running straight MAF ? im sorry im not following up with you that much but are you tuning via wideband or fuel trims ?

He is tuning via WB. We he hits 10 AFR its because the trims are not correcting it. The ECU is going to fuel how its tuned and that number is what needs to be changed by about 30% to get it closer to 14.7 like you want it.

i believe i have found my problem. I read Bills "part deux" thread on hptuners and found this custom PID: (([pid.7101]/.5+9.8)-[sens.121])/[sens.121]*100... similar to what i had just numbers in different spots. Updated the MAF error histo, starting scanning and now it's showing some realistic numbers. It was too late at night and was tired so i didn't get a chance to make a log. I will after work today though and let you guys know if it helps any.
