The turbos that are making big numbers have an advantage with Hahn's Crazy Awesome Intake Manifold and low restrictions through the intercoolers. 335 whp should be easy enough on meth, i think it could do over 350 with a ported intake. Theres only one way to find out though

I've already bought a second intake manifold and started marking it off for surgery.

yeah agreed dude. Its not worth it. Nice numbers though. Were you thinking about cams at all after the meth?

If it werent so expensive for me to convert from my current setup i would be going TVS on my 2.2 with the 2.75 pulley or one step smaller. I still wish i could but id need to do quite a bit of work and spend about $3000. I can make 400whp right now with just a new turbo.

You would need a SERIOUSLY built motor and a good ass tune for that.

Look at my sig, its getting honed today, then the pistons/rods are going in. Just waiting on the clutch to come in and its back in the car

I'm thinking you're going to need even more than that though to run this thing. This thing we have to be careful with on an engine built for FI....I couldn't imagine trying this on a engine not made for it.

I figured so. My goal with my car is 350whp. 400 would be nice down the road but i dont need it. I want a quick car that makes close to 350. The HTV would definitely do it with the 2.75" and thats why i've been watching it so closely. My friend wants to buy my turbo kit off me which would be enough to pay for the blower. I just dont know if i wanna go through the hassle of getting the blower to fit, tb adapter, new intake, and THEN get it tuned by Vince since hes the only person who could do it at the moment. Would be the first though

The engine is now solid for 600hp. If i replaced the crank and sleeves its good for 750+. I just dont know if i want to dive into the hassle of putting the blower on the 2.2. I already have a nice intercooler and all my piping done. All i need to make 350-400whp is replace my current turbo with a GT3071r and retune.

Ah, then you're set for it. I would go for the cheapest route myself. Doing the TVS is going to much more of a hassel than replacing a snail.

Exactly, but i have a problem. I love rising to a challenge. And getting an HTV on my car would be soo much fun we will see... It will all ride on how vince tunes my current setup and how the ECM responds to 60lb injectors.

Yeah i know. I've been in love with the 2.0 since i bought one. Problem is since i lost it i've still had that love. But because its the smart thing to do financially i will stick to the snail.
