I/C Pump Working?

I turned my ignition on and checked to see if I could hear the pump running and nothing, and i also started the car and checked but its too hard to tell. I also noticed for the last little bit my car doesn't seem to pull as hard. Can anyone post a picture where ya open the cap to see if theres bubbles or anything flowing? Thanks.

The filler neck right in front of the supercharger. See if the coolant is moving in there.

If my I/C pump wasn't working would I be reading less boost?

Pump has nothing to do with boost. If you have an interceptor you will notice your IAT2 is higher than it should be, and doesn't recover quickly.

The easiest way to tell aside from HPT is to start the car and stick a straw into the filler neck. See if it gets pushed around.

Where exactly is the filler neck? Does it have anything written on the cap or anything?

filler neck is in front of the supercharger intake side

take off the cap and start the car, if coolant is not flowing then take a hammer and whack the plastic side of the pump underneath the car until it begins to run

just be sure to not damage the pump

Yeah I was looking for it before I wasn't sure what one it was though. Does it say do not open when hot? Theres a couple that say that I figured that one is for the radiator.

Alright thanks, if it's not working and the hammer doesn't work any idea if it would be covered under warranty?

just had to whack mine today with a hammer. fixed it up good as new. I noticed earlier today that my IAT2's were a bit high. opened up the filler neck and sure enough, no flow, no bubbles, nothing. crawled underneath whacked a few times with a hammer and wouldn't you know. It started pumping and flowing again. IAT2's right back to where they should be.

If my car wasn't so low to the ground I would get underneath it and whack it with a hammer, but nooo my car has to be super low lol. I think mines getting replaced under warranty today, not sure though. My iat2's have been through the roof, can't wait to get it working again.

So I opened the cap and started the car and can`t see anything flowing or anything at all for that matter ... I can see a little bit to the side thats it but nothing moving. Where at exactly to ya hit it to try to get it working? I can see the pump but its too hard to get at it do ya hit something from up top?

Go under the car. You can see it plain as day.. just hit it on the bottom but dont hit the supports or hard enough to damage the outer casing.

I replaced mine at about 35000 miles and the dealer told me it didnt matter because the extended warranty would cover it. So also not sure about the 60k warranty.
