I need advice on mods

I am going with ZZP's stage 3 kit with the S3 H/E and 2.8 pully. I already have a CAI and a basic meth kit. My question is do I need a dual pass intercooler and a header?

You dont need them but they both help .. id go with a header/dp combo first.
