def..any bolt mods will help but a perfect 1/4 mile should be in the high 13s i would think at least

when i took mine to the track i ran a 14-6@ 96 with just intake and exhuast ha with leaks too...throw a bag of ice on the supercharger to keep it cool in between runs it works

and take all the wieght out of the car you can like seats carpet spare tire jack every little bit adds up and helps

traction is most important.

poly mounts, drag radials, and control of your left foot are all you really need.

full exhaust, intake, a 2.9 would get you alot closer to consistant mid 13's

Go for some wrinkle walls and I bet you will be able to squeak 13's with a bit of practice.

If you are looking for some weight reduction, I made a post and was able to take over 200 lbs out of the car in less than an hour.

Nothing. A good driver should see high 13's with S2.

all depends how well you get off the line to run 13s in a stage 2 cobalt. ttr's engine and tranny mounts are the way to go, get too slicks on the front and youll run 13s alll day (going with more hp than s2 will just make your tires spin more if you dont get the traction mods) traction mods plus more hp = mid low 13s

i also agree with traction mods, such as engine mounts, traction bars, and slicks or drag radials. a word of warning, if your going to run sticky tires, your axles arent reliable, you will eventualy break one, id recomend DSS stage 2 axles.

I realize that a good driver can cut a whole lot off time off a quarter mile but you have to take in consideration that i live in missouri where the elavation is pretty high and the heat and humidity are high too. Right now im averaging 2.2 60 ft and have cut a 2.1 A few times so i dont think i can get much better than that. My best time is still 14.2 @100 with a 2.1 60. Sorry i forgot to mention those things

i dont think 2.0 or even 1.9 60' times are out of the question with slicks, and the rule of thumb is 1 tenth off the 60' is 2 tenths at the top end. also with high air temps and high elevation id consider meth injection and a 2nd heat exchanger, even a dual pass. those will be best to help keep the car consistent as the car keeps heating up more after several runs.

even if you suck at driving, mounts and CAB's will get you high 13's at worst. if not, stop driving
