The only issue I see is that with the added cubes it would loose the ability to turn serious rpm's. This is why alot of evo guys take a 2.4 and destroke it to a 2 litre. Id say just build your motor with stock cubic inch port the head get cams and run a GT30R or a GT35R depending on how much horsepower youd like to make. Remeber ith any forced induction setup its all about moving mass amounts of air so a high boosted car with stock heads could be loosing a signifcant amount of horsepower.

I like the feel of the TVS. I've been in a turbo car and it feels like every other turbo car, fun for like 3000 rpms.

I need as many rpms as I can get. I will restructor his head intake runners to accomadate this airflow. The most work I spend on the LSJ is in the exhaust side! I'm going to try my hardest to squeeze every last bit out of this head! I just wanted to try something diffrent. But your right there is no valve spring yet that can handle these RPM'S!

I would recommend if your ganna use 60's to direct inject methonol! You will be able to better tune you engine with 60's.

With the 2.3 strocker I would assume 280-310 with your setup on pump gas...
Due head work, and at the minimum adjustable cam gears or get Zooomers cams his power band on the dyno sheet looked rediculous!
i think he will make much higher numbers then that... alot of people on this site ex. rodimus_prime made what ur guessing with the 2.0L

he will make much more power then 280-310 on the 2.3L stroker

I believe the race prepped GM motors (2.2 turbo) spin to 9500.
Remember, GM destroked the 2.2 to accomodate more RPM's. I remember seeing the test results for the 2.2 while they increased horsepower from 200 to 1000+. I don't remember if the max was 1045 or 1400 though......

when did my car get sucked intoall this talk of rpm and everythibg else. hahaha, its gonna be a fun trip, solid lifters would help the top end rev out a bit.

and for everyone say o build a honda, build a rotory, he has. he has built alot of stuff and we will succeed with this car too

well, it would have to come with rods...but pistons and rings might be stock. Wait till it's released...they might not even know yet.

I would go twin charge with the 2.3. I would also flow the head just enougf to make the turbo happy! Then the sky's the limit...

spinning an engine to 12-13k is all fine and dandy. why? no idea. no point. you want that level of rpm. go build a rotary engine.
Agreed its pointless to have useless rpms. It would mearly be just a bragging right and nothing more.
