idle fluctuation

i'll post this here as theres more sc'd people here then in the 2.2. I recently put a s/c on my 2.2. Vince tuned me and I was fine..had to put a new MAP inas mine was dead. after driving a bit at a stop light my idle kinda got funky 500-1500 bouncing and would stall if I didn't keep my foot on the gas. Now he retuned me and its doing it all the time. He mentioned my TB was kinda tweaky during WOT sometimes.
Any insight on whats going on...what to look for and whatnot?
