You are close with the price and no you don't need anything else to help it adjust. I do recomend getting 1 step colder spark plugs though. NGK BKR7E Copper Plugs (.40Gap).

Does stage II come with colder plugs? After stage II, are colder plugs really necessary? What difference will I see if I add the colder plugs? So many questions, thanks!

No stage 2 does not come with colder plugs. Yes colder plugs are necessary. It's not about the difference you see. The plugs help with detonation. They keep things cool under high boost. Get these. NGK BKR7E Copper Plugs (.40Gap) You won't regret it.

Stage 2 does not come with colder plugs, but are recomended for safer and smoother operation especially with smaller pulleys.

i suggest an injen intake, it is only my preference but i do believe the injen is much louder than aem, they probably have similar gains but I love how loud the whine is! deff get an intake after stage 2 and a 2.8" pulley and spark plugs you should have at least 265whp on a dynojet. When I changed my plugs I noticed the factory plugs werent gapped correctly and I actually felt a difference. Not that it pulled harder but that after i was driving hard, it pulled hard consistantly, which was not the case with the improperly gapped factory plugs. good call with going with stage 2!

Not sure about the injen but the k&n does. I choose k&n because of fitment and the previous experiences I have had on all our vehicles. Ohh, and it's loud as hell!

i havnt had to oil mine, but i do believe it is an oiled filter, which should flow better than a paper filter, but might not filter as good. I figure if i change the oil often enough i will be fine, its not gonna let anything huge in. I just know I love it.

I'm getting my stage II put on monday by GM with colder plugs. I was quoted $750 for the kit and $229 for install. I bought my car from them...they have lowered my car.....bought a corsa sport and had them put that on as well...now bought the stage II through them and having them put it on...so they are gonna give me a geat deal, but parts and labor was right about $1000 out the door with taxes. (before my deal)
hee hee cant wait! They said that they did a stage II install 2 days ago and it was an unbelievable difference, and that car did not have exhaust done yet. They are excited to install mine to see what it will do compared to that one. I'll let you all know by tue sometime how it feels. Then later next week I'll get the 2.8 pueey form pulleyboys put on do do the ECM :P til then......
