Dont kid yourself a tvs install would be a cake walk. This is not an easy swap i was braking my *****. But it was 100% worth it. The car is too much fun now!

haha yeah but I want to be at least 350 with a TVS, but area seems to be the only one that reached those numbers.

TVS is easier to install but look how many of them cant go over 300WHP.. Swap to a small turbo and you can achieve that easily.. Go turbo!

he;s good people. I gave him some pointers to get him started back in the day.

canned tunes never work on the older cobalts, they all react differently to tunes, something I've noticed over the last 200+ cars I"ve tuned

So what did this entire setup end up running you for parts?

I'm looking to go turbo in the near future and if it's within my price range this seems perfect.
damn that turbo spool sounds sexy.

Did you guys hit the 400whp you wanted?

money wise probably @2500+ or so, but that's cause he got some ridiculous deals on parts and the install lol.
normally this setup complete and installed will be in the 4500-5000 range.

Ehh money on parts was like $4000 with getting a deal on alot of stuff. That vulcan mani set me back a few $. I also traded my stock supercharger **** for some parts too. I still owe a bit of cash on my credit card. 0% interest ftw!

sounds good man, I'll set that thing up for you friday. it's pretty easy once you figure out how to get to all the menu's.
just make sure you set your w.g. spring pressure first before attempting to up the boost.

I like how it is a gauge and not a rectangluar controller where you have to mount it on the dash or something to where it doesnt look right.... This one you can just throw in a pod. Right?
