Injector quesion
Injector quesion
I bought my car from GM with what they said was GM stage 2
It had the black stage 2 pulley with the blue bolts.
How ever a GM dealership riped a part my car, to the block to fix it, but only after they sent the cyl head out did they check the PCM and it came up as a non GM calibration
So i looked at the injectors and they are made by siemans
I will get a pic later, i cant read a full part number other then 1610 - something on them it says "Siemans Deka" on them too
there short and stubby and have a silver /gray band at the bottom.

I know there not stock, i have a 2.9 they cant be stock...
And yes the are lying to me, they destoryed the engine and gave it back to me in a box and everything was in the trunk.
They voided my warranty because of this non GM calibration, so i had to have my car towd home with no engine.
Fast 98, how sure are you that they are 60's? dont mean to be rude, just so i understand why better
GM flashed my car to stock tune, so i have to have a custom tune once the car is rebuilt

They sold it to you as stage two? Sucks, but you may not have much of a case. Proving that you didn't do anything after buying it is going to be tough.
My Siemens 60's were long, skinny, and black. These sound different, atleast from what usually are bought thru your shop Josh. I'm not doubting you. Just seems funny that it's a short stubby gray injector

Yeah, did siemans even make 42's??
Yeah they said it was GM stage 2, but the car was owned by GM before, it was used as a track car by GM, according to GM VIS.
But what ever. **** happens, i get to finally learn how to rebuild an engine
