Injen is Ignoring me!?

Heres the history:

Apr 25:
I sent a request for a replacement pipe for my Injen 2.0 SC CAI... its digging into the bumper and its causing all sorts or fitment issues.

Apr 26:
Hong emailed me back saying he needed pics and reciept.

Apr 26:
I replied that I would send them out over the weekend as I needed time to take my car apart for the pics.

May 1:
Email sent back to Hong with all of the pictures and sales recp as requested.

May 4:
Sent follow up email hoping to find out whats going on.

May 8:
Sent a new email to tech@injen.com with request, pics and sales reciept.

May 9:
Today.... Still nothing...

So my question is how long did it take you guys to get your swap info from Injen?? Are they taking to long? Or am I just a pain in the ass?

Did you buy it directly from injen? If not make the store you bought it from fix the problem.

This is not what Injen wants, they want all our customers to email the tech@injen.com

This is because it is Injens manufacturing problem, and they are taking full responsability.

They sometimes are busy and can take up to a week to respond, Hong is a very busy guy at Injen.

Be paitent they will make it right for you, just dont make them mad as they wont be as willing.

Injen were slow when I dealt with them, they said 10 days for the new pipe it took almost 30. I also sent Hong a reminder email at about day 15, which he replied to so... I'd be patient it's prolly on its way.


You could always call him if you wanted his phone # is in his email sig.

Mine is taking a while also. Hong did sent me a RMA number...... It's been over 10 days also so I should see it by the end of the month I hope. I know they are pretty slow.

They were pretty good with me only took me a week to get the new one and e-mail was recieved like 5 min after i sent it pretty quick responses one of them took like 1min. the rest less than 24 hours.

I emailed him and sent him pictures and my receipt and got no reponse for days so I called. He told me he was busy and sorry he didnt get back to me and gave him my credit card number for the $50 hold and I also got my RMA Number but I havent seen them put the 50 dollar deposti on my card yet so im wondering if its even been shipped out or what. Ill wait another 2 weeks or so then ill call back.
