Install day!
Tomorrow i'm doing a big install day. Hoping it gets done in a few hours!
Plan is to do...
Heat Exchanger
Meth Kit
2.6 Pulley
60# injectors
Tune
the dual pass is going to have to wait due to not having the heater hose readily available.
i'm excited
any tips or advice will be greatly appreciated.

i think u can get everything installed in one day, but i doubt u will get the tune done, Unless its a PCM replacement
If you got the time, install one thing at a time, double check that it works before installing anything else. That way if you install everything at once and theres a problem, you wont be guessing what the cause is.

ah, then u should be able to do it in one day if u dont run into any problems. Just take your time and dont rush it. The meth kit will be the most time consuming thing. As much as i know you want to get it done, me personally, i would wait until u had the parts to do the dual pass. You gotta take the blower, intake and the intake manifold off for eveything u r doing, then u will have to take it off again when u do the dual pass.

Yeah, I'm going to try to get some heater hose and other parts for the dual pass before i head over to the garage... Hopefully ..
I've been waiting to do this since I bought the pulley and injectors last october.
The gratification afterwards will be great i'm sure.

Coudln't get nearly as much done as I anticipated.
Got the meth kit mounted in the trunk and wired up, ran the hoses, tapped the intake. That's good to go!
Got the bumper off, mounted the heat exchanger..
almost got the supercharger off too replace the pulley but once i saw what time it was, it was time to wrap everything up and clean up because auto skills center was closing
still need to run the hoses for the heat exchanger
install the pulley, new tensioner, belt, Injectors and bolt on the dual pass.. :-//
Looks like i have another day to work on it.. Won't be until next week.
Should I not go WOT with the Meth kit installed untuned? Or would it be okay??
just curious
thanks

Some pictures!
Got some local help from the worked with cutting some metal.
It was a bitch drilling holes into the ****.

tank and pump mounted in the trunk
Hard to see but it's all bolted in, the pump is upside down because that was the easiest way to get it to sit flush on the metal .

tapped the intake

bumper off :-/
