Install pics and directions for the SnowPerformance kit, Now w/track results
Here is a link to the 'BETA' install pictures and directions. Any questions feel free to ask. I will be going to the track tonight in high temps to do some testing. Will post later. So far i am VERY satisfied with this kit!!

w/o the water injection of course

none if the car's engine is up to operating temps. I know that misting water into the air drops temps as much as 20* in normal outside conditions (100* out, low humidity) Now with that happening in the intake it might be as much as 40 or more. What's the verdict on intake temps lowering man?

Just made 3 passes at the track, 86deg, DA 3340ft !! 2.0 60's went 13.2 13.0.13.3 at 106-107. All my buddies cars were off about .2-.3 and 2-3 mph as well.
Good news was how the WI worked Starting IAT2 was 118 each pass and each pass ended at 154, only a 36 degree rise on a STOCK IC set-up! Now add a second HE and i can see maybe 15-20 degree total rise. On these SC's that is INCREDIBLE!
92octane gas, 18-19psi boost, 24-25deg timing and no KR! Simply awesome!!

Do you think it is possible to really get the IAT2 below IAT1 with water injection, big second HE (guessing 30 degree drop), ice box with dry ice and DEI Chill Charger (do 50/50 mix of this with dex-cool)?

What track do you go to that is open on a Tuesday? All the ones here in Central IL are only open on the weekends. I was just wondering if it was sort of close.

AWESOME RESULTS.
You can run a race gas tune without the need for race gas and no more replacing stock o2 sensors from lead contamination every time at the track. Great news....

Anyways here is some preliminary data, Iat2 went from 108 to 127 almost a full 1/4 mile pass! Here is the crazy part, With HPTuners there is a time stamp while logging. I compared this pass to the one at the track where i went 13.2. Comparing 50 - 96mph times, the earlier pass was Iat2 118deg to 147@96 and it took 7.7secs
The pass with the 2nd HE started at 108 and was at 127@96 mph and it 6.6secs to go from 50-96mph!! A FULL SECOND quicker!!! You could feel it as well in the butt dyno
Whereis this all going?? Adding water injection and a second HE is a SOLID foundation for running a stout set-up on pump gas.
My next expierment is turning the IC into a double pass instead of a single pass. Got the parts, just need to find the time.

We spray after the blower with centrifugal blowers and Roots/PD blowers and turbos. You CANT spray before the blower on these car's because the meth will not atomize properly, nor will it be in boost so the hot temps will not drop as they should.
You want to tap the manifold/below the blower for this to work properly...this will also keep the meth off the blower rotors.
To run meth properly under the blower, you need an upgraded solenoid from snow. Because manifolds, or anywhere after a TB has vacuum, it will suck the meth into the intake at idle, etc. The upgraded solenoid prevents the meth from being sucked into the engine while running under vac. conditions
The gains of spraying after, rather than where this is spraying will be HUGE! Add extra tuning with meth and watch for mega gains. There will be no need for a second HE or anything like that.
