They actually work great together. Many people use nitrous with water-meth for the octane properties, so they don't have to retard the ignition (at all or nearly as much) when they spray.

My point??
Have you measured it? I have not myself. Using M-62 gen 4 published delta temperature curves assuming 20 PSI, 18,000 RPM and 80 degree ambiant I get 330-340 F. I had to do some extrapolation because the curves don't go that high. Some folks with non functioning intercoolers and small pulleys have reported AIT2's of 300 F.

No, I have not personally measured it myself. My data came from the engineer who designed the IC and air intake for the LSJ. So if he is wrong, then so am I. Fair enough? Either way, keeping a 300deg outlet temp below 120deg on a hot summer day w/o ICE will be a tough feat.

Fair enough.... 130 F AIT2 on an 80 F day is about the best I'd expect to see with the HE's alone currently being tested although there may be some gains to be had with a higher volume pump. Not a bad reduction though considering the cost.

you guys seem to miss the second amazing attribute to the system... on normal pump gas, u can effectively add timing without knock to ur car roughly equivilent to what u would run with 116 octane race gas....the gains are 2 sided, with a cooler setup, and better burning setup combined.

Umm...Rob already mentioned that. Did you read the whole thread even?

Good news was how the WI worked Starting IAT2 was 118 each pass and each pass ended at 154, only a 36 degree rise on a STOCK IC set-up! Now add a second HE and i can see maybe 15-20 degree total rise. On these SC's that is INCREDIBLE!

92octane gas, 18-19psi boost, 24-25deg timing and no KR! Simply awesome!!

I don't know if someone has asked this yet, but can you run water/meth injection with the stock maf, or so you have to get an lt1 maf?

I have info about the GM Stage 2 MAF kit to update - we incorporated the GM Hz translator inside the MAF control box for easier installation and wiring setup.

We are posting dyno results on the website if anyone would like to offer up their before-after dynos. www.snowperformance.net

well just for info purposes.. my 2.5 60lb tune on pump gas with meth injection I was running 25-26 degrees of timing with zero knock... car was an animal.
most parts are stripped off the car at the moment due to turbo swap going down soon. but the meth kit will def be going back in, high boost mode on pump is the best
