installing Clutch and Flywheel
yea! take the rear end out to do a clutch and flywheel, in a front wheel drive car, NOT you have to take out the trans, and drop the front drive axles, to change the clutch and flywheel in our cars.
unless you really know what your doing i wouldnt recommend playing with that stuff. but if u do its just a real pain in the ass...has anyone seen reviews on the ss after a flywheel was installed?

I was quoted $500-$800 just for installation labor at local shops around here. Plus the clutch is around $600 not including the flywheel which you really don't need aftermarket the stock will do. So $1200 for a new clutch install. DAMN!

if u try to install a lighter flywheel you know that the car is harder to launch at low rpm, right? doing burnouts at every stoplight just to get moving :P
edit: oh, and $1200 for a clutch installation... DAMN. i guess im not surprised, but that's pricey.
so i dont understand. is installing a flywheel not worth it? and for all these people who have already installed the clutches. i havent seen posts of complaints. but i mine as well go ahead and get the flywheel and clutch because i ordered the Rev It up Kit. so im going to need it more than likely
