installing a pulley?

i usually have my buddy mess with the mechanical side of things, but since he moved out of state, its time for me to learn. How easy is it to install a pulley??? And if i did bring it to a garage how much would they charge?? Im def. going to try myself but i have no patience, if it takes longer then expected ill just give up.

Id prolly be cheaper to just buy stage 2 and have the dealer install it
if you decide to do it urself u cant just install the pully, u need injectors to make up for the extra air, basicly more gas and you need ur pcm tuned. WIth stage two you get all of that rather that paying 500 for and hp tune and having ur car still run rich

What kind of pulley is it? If it's a press-on, then it's a chore, if it's a modular pulley, it can be done in 3 minutes.
