Installing a pulley using a press?

Anyone do this to remove and install a pulley (hub) for stage 2? I work at a large shop and we have a high dollar press. Figured we could use that, but I have seen installs using a bolt?

pressing it on the charger hub using a bolt? no just 2 blocks of wood and set a larg socket over the pully and press on

so if i wanted to thread the hub on and tighten it down with a impact? can I do that with a bolt? what kinda bolt?

no u don't use an impact good luck if you do though. money up and rent or buy a pulley puller from smoothflow or zzp

The dealership I work at just used a press to get the old pulley off and used a alternator pulley tool to put the new hub on. Took them 30 minutes.

Ford dealership btw, not GM.

i took mine to a chevy dealer to get mine done. 60 bucks and like a day later it was done.
