Installing stageII modular pulley - need help

We managed to go to the dealership and use their press to get the stock pulley off. Unfortunatley, their press was not large enough to press the new modular housing onto the s/c. How else can we get the housing on there? We are out of options

Buy a pulley installer for power steering at autozone. Put a touch of engine oil from your dipstick on the shaft. Presto, just follow directions.

From my expierences it is A LOT harder to get the stock pulley off than it is to install one!!!!!!!

Was the s/c pulley in perfect alignment with the idler pulley? When we put the s/c back on it was off by a bit.

You can rent the PS tool from Advance Auto Parts for free (just a small deposit that you get back).

Find a stud that will fit the supercharger snout with nuts and washers. Put the ring in the oven and heat it for about 20-30 minutes. Take ring out of oven and put on snout the washers then nut and tighten nut. The ring will go on very easy. That's the way I did mine. I used an air impact wrench and had it in in 10 seconds. You have to be fast so as to not let the ring cool.
