How hard is it really. Is it mostly just jacking the car up, unbolting the header from the block and the down pipe from the exhaust and bolting up the new one?

in a nutshell, yes, it's that easy. it's just very time consuming. the part that takes the longest is replacing the header. there's like 10 long ass bolts that take quite a while to get out with hand tools. i would recommend spraying your o2 sensors with wd40 and letting them sit overnight. it frees up seized o2 sensors and makes them easy as cake to remove. i wish i had done it on my other one too, i forgot about it, ended up stripping the threads.

it took my bro about 3 hours, and we even had a hydraulic lift. it should take somewhere in the 3 hour range to do it in your garage.

Sometimes its a pain if a bolt wont come off or gets stripped, other then that it is pretty straight forward.
