Installing a ZZP S2 H/E, help me out here please.
So I asked an earlier question about coolant, and got what I needed....thank you!
This is for the actual install.
I looked at the unit and it seems like it installs fairly straight forward....except I am not so sure. It looks like you mount it on existing bolt holes (for the tabs at an angle), and perhaps drill holes for the other tabs.....
I have found the routing diagram and feel confident on that......
I am just unsure on how much fluid to have (distilled water and dexcool mix)?
I understand after searching since I have option a, bleeding the system may take a while and I still have to check it so often. Really just looking for some pointers I suppose.

might have to drill holes, which is okay because I drilled for mine, but make sure there is another side to put a nut on and use hex bolts so you can use a wrench. use 50/50 'water wetter' and water. again this is for your intake not your engine coolant.
You can go for a joyride around your neighborhood if it doesn't have a fill cap or has air in the system. just pull over about every 4 mins and fill it.

Buy the 50/50 mix if u are not to sure. The best way to put the H/E is to take the front bumper off. Easy bolt on the hard part was getting those damn clamps off the existing H/E to re route them cause they are glued to the hose.
