If you want YOUR supercharger back, you're looking at two to four weeks. If another one from the shelf is acceptable, we'll ship within one business day. Please understand that these blowers are extremely hard to come by at this time, so it's possible that we'll sell out very quickly.

With the Mail order PCM's you said that you will need to preform the CASE relearn procedure. Is this certain to happen, and will it affect performance in any way or just set a DTC. Thanks again guys.

And will it performance in any way or just set a DTC.
If you want a mail order PCM, the cost will be $199.99 plus $200.00 core charge. You could then keep your original PCM if you like, or return it to us for a full refund of your $200.00 core charge. If you go this route, you wont need HP Tuners, but you would be wise to purchase a scan gauge.
With a mail order PCM, youll need to perform the Security Relearn Procedure. This only takes a half hour, and doesn't require any special tools, Here is a link to a similar procedure to the one required for LSJ-powered vehicles: http://www.intense-racing.com/docs/05secrelearn.pdf.
With a mail order PCM , the Crankshaft Position Variation Learn procedure (commonly referred to as CASE Learn) will also be required to prevent DTC P0315 (Crankshaft Position Variation Not Learned) from triggering your Service Engine Soon light. Anyone with a Tech II (such as a GM dealership) can perform this special function for you in a couple minutes. Some discretion is necessary when asking your dealership to NOT re-flash the PCM. If they re-flash the PCM, all your special tuning will be gone and un-retrievable. Many dealers will perform the Crankshaft Position Variation Learn procedure for free, while others may charge a modest fee.

So you guys are Pre-Tuning PCM's and then mailing them out without even having to come into the shop and tune? Would it be the same as coming into the shop and tune meaning would we get the same results or it's actually better to come in and tune because you are able to fine tune things as opposed to just generalizing it right?

Rob, If I'm willing to suffer the downtime...
Could I send you my PCM to be flashed with Stage5, this way I could avoid the Security Relearn/CASE issues???
I ordered your machined snout and 2.5"modular system, just minutes ago. Next will be the Stage5 PCM, as soon as you get it online.
Keep up the great work, I can't believe how much you guys have accomplished in such short time!!! You are GODS among the LSJ world in my book, you truly care to get a good product out and fast!!!

1.) Will the stage 5 kit be able to run on 93 octane or should it be higher?
2.) Will s5 clear the P0171 CEL for a K&N Typhoon intake or are there issues with using a cai?
3.) Instead of the oversized pully couldn't you just buy the smaller belt from GM as in there stage kits?

jeepers now that is some power ! so let me make sure i am clear on some things
1. The machined snout is a bolt on snout so you keep your original snout for the blower to go to stock correct ?
2. This has been tested on 93 and 94 octane or do you need a higher octane ?
3. There are no other supporting mods needed to run all the way up to stg 5 safely ? I mean a new clutch after you burn your is a given but what about anything else.
4. Would you like to slap this **** on my car if I drive down there to be a test pig ? Im thinking you probably have test pigs though.
5. Can you loan me $1000 lol

Also as the relearning goes to my understanding this is a learning computer. So I would think that if you let your car run at idle for awhile it would learn. Then take her on a normal daily drive it would learn those settings. Then go WOT. Or maybe I am thinking to much into it.

Stage 5 is an extra 900, you would need to secure for them until they go yours back.
pay on a credit card, they can just refund the 900 when you send your stuff back in.
