One of the guys from Intense said that you should be using the 60lb injectors with a 2.7" pulley.

I was going to use the ZZP or billet flow pulley 2.7 or 2.8 but on intense website it states
**** we recommend colder spark plugs, 42.5 lbs/hr fuel injectors and custom supercharger snout machining with the 2.70" and 2.60" supercharger pulley sizes
Strait from the website.
I wrote an email to Intense a couple days ago inquiting about their Stage 5 tune and injectors and how small of a pully and this is what I got....
me:"Right now I
have no baseline dyno and have installed Stage 2 from GM, Corsa Sport
Cat-Back and I have a SFPH 2.80" pulley that I plan on putting on.
How much smaller can I go with the 42.5lbs/hr injectors from GM Stage
2.>>
Intense: "With a 6,500 RPM rev limiter, we don't recommend going below 2.80"
pulley size with 42 pound/hour fuel injectors. With a 7,000 RPM rev
limiter, we don't recommend going below 2.90".

We had some older wording on our pulley pages, but that has been fixed. We recommend down to a 2.8 pulley with the 42.5s and a 6500 redline (stock). If you upgrade the computer with higher redlines you should move up to a 2.9 pulley or install 60lb injectors with 2.8 and below.
i don't know why you say you cannot run a 2.7 w/42 pounders i am doing a 2.8 right now with the stage 2 injectors and i am reading around 11.7 a/f at full load you should have more than enough room to run a 2.7 unless i am just lucky or something.
just my .02
