INTENSE Header and Downpipe

With guidance and support from a GM airflow guru INTENSE has designed a header and a downpipe for the LSJ that we believe is superior to anything currently on the market. Quality issues, rattling, leaking and poor fitment problems that plague other designs will not be found with our headers or downpipe. The header itself is ceramic coated, and the downpipe is steel. The downpipe is 3”, with a 2-1/2” reduction at the very end. Full 3” all the way will likely be an option as well.

Months of work have been put into the design process and to ensure that we meet our goal of perfect fitment we are ready to do a final test fit on someone's car. The ideal candidate will be available to be at our shop in Plain City, Ohio on Monday or Tuesday morning, August 14th or 15th. The header and downpipe will be $579.98, and installation will be FREE. The tooling is already built and these are production pieces so once we ensure the perfect fitment we will begin mass production of these for availability fairly soon.

If you’re interested, please email ToddA@INTENSE-Racing.com. Please understand that we can only take one person for this offer.

One other thing, is this combo going to mess up the way our cars run if we are currently running your PCM, like the CAI did.

Your such a tool Bryan. Seriously how do you afford all this ****? Circuity City don't pay dick IMO and I know your not selling drugs. It's got to be that gay escort service you started. You must receive well.

good luck on the installation if you do get it done. I'm still debating if I am keeping mine or moving on to another new one.

Nope...if it was a long tube header they would have said a race header, like Weapon R.

It is awesome and quality looking!

The wields don't look that sloppy. That looks good compared to the ones I have seen. does your header and pipe include gaskets or do they use the GM OEM gasket? Also, is the thickness compared to OEM the same meaning you can reuse studs, bolts etc? Thanks

They use OEM gaskets. I'm not sure on the thickness differences.

If I had the time, tools, and the ability, I would. Unfortunately, I don't.

INTENSE: Looks good guys! Even though it's a shorty, and not what I was looking for, I'm sure the quality and fitment are just what we can expect from INTENSE at a great price.

You still didn't answer my question. I really want this header but im not going to dig myself into a bigger hole than what im already in because the effect the intake had on the way my car drives.
