Interceptor Trouble

I went recently and finally got my car tuned it took a minute cause a fuse blew the one to OODDII port. Well once that was finished everything was great except win I plugged my guage back in. The water pumped turned on and the guage did too with the keys not in. And if I leave the guage plugged in when the engine running and turn it off the engine will stay running. I think another fuse is blown or something. Does anyone have any advice about what fuses to look at?

Not a fuse. Take off the resistor on the back of the interceptor. It will fix your problem I promise.

you have to remove the jumper/resistor or what ever that thing in the back is(liike brandon said). You'll still have to tap into a power supply and plug it into the OBDII post....should solve all your problems

If it was a 5v the I tapped into my boost gauge....if it's 12v I ran a seperate wire to fuse box. I'v put so much into my car I don't remember which is which anymore

oops.....I have the manual right here (I'm selling mine and have all the stuff for it right here) ......
red wire is a 12v switched power. it's the middle of the 3-wire harness.

so anything that takes 12v or more? What does the boost gauge take? I hook mine into that and now it is no good.

boost gauge is 5v...you need to hook yours up to a 12v switchable. means a 12v power supply that turns on when your car turns on...ALSO make sure you put a fuse in there

you are going to need a multimeter and verify 12v switchable power.

I tied my red power wire into the pink power for the boost gauge to power mine up and no issues with it. i'm not sure about the 5v thing being posted here as thats probably the signal to the boost gauge. Do a search on interceptor install should help you out.
