i kno the ss s/c has an intercooler but wouldnt it benefit from having a front mounted one? and if so how could this be done...and also where is the throttle body?

 

it is front mounted and the throttle body is next to the plastic intake tube

 

It is not front mounted.

 

do a search, we have an air to water intercooler integrated into the blower, i say do a search b.c you can find more posts with more information

 

Air to water is more effecient than air to air (all things equal). So I don't think I would change your setup just yet...

 

your both right.

The intercooler core is inside the intake manifold. The intercooler radiator is sandwhiched between the AC condenser (in front) and the engine coolant radiator.

I think a bigger radiator would help out if you where in a long autocross race, but not the strip so much.
