intercooler issue

intercooler issue

on my return line to my option b tank there are tons of little bubbles, so much so it fills the option b tank and makes it all foam, i think its cause air is gettin into the intercooler system somewhere, but i cant figure out where, has anyone else had this issue?

i have had it apart more times then i can count, but even in like a two month period of not touching it it still has bubbles, theres noooo way it can take that long to purge the system of air

you can put a v dye in it and run it for a while and use a black light or uv light in a dark room( garage) and see if u can see the leak)
