So, I have my 06 ss/sc and I have been boosting only at 2.5 psi, and I finally ran to check for error codes. After running the error codes, i got P0033 Supercharger Bypass Valve Solenoid Control Circuit PCM. Any idea on how to fix this situation, wether you can do it yourself of it has to be done by the dealership? Any info will really help....thanks

 

your boost bypass solenoid is shot, the part is like 40 bux and it will take all of 5 mins to change by yourself

if you follow the hoses off the blower they intersect at the solenoid with the electric connector on it

 

Serious, just $40 to get a new one, any idea where I can pick one up?
