OK SHS here's the dilly yo...

All you need to do is have someone go in with HPTuners and turn the CEL off for the 2nd O2 sensor. Tell them you don't want a tune you just want them to turn the CEL off. A tune will give you no gains at this point and would be a waste of a few hundred dollars. If you wanna throw a few hundred dollars away just put it in an envelope and send it to me I'll put it to good use...

then just install the header and dp and be on your way haha. no need for another tune. not worth it. wait till you get more mods

They must have turned if off when they did the tune earlier. just install the pipe and drive it! A new tune won't do jack **** for you until you change your pulley and injectors...

hahah very true. hey i got a question for you now taz. i'm gonna be doind cooling mods first to my car.

cx h/e, dual pass, option b, meth. i'll be running those in combination w/ stock pulley intake and exhaust for about 6 months till i get my stage3 jbo head. what kind of tune should i get? or should i hold off on the meth and just run the h/e dual pass and option b till i get my new head in and then install the meth and get one final tune?

Thanks for understanding me now lol. Sorry again for the confusion. And ya I didn't know if tunning would do anything. Don't worry im not going to toss my money away on a tune. Thanks guys. New question. What kind of exhaust should I go with to complete the header and dp? I don't wanna buy a catback I will be going custom, so maybe help me with some mufflers. I had a flowmaster and wasn't happy after awhile

Personally I would do the H/E Dual Pass, and Option B and then install the meth when you do the head so you don't have to get tuned twice...Just my opinion because custom tunes are expensive unless you can do it yourself...

Umm you're probably borderline not needing to go 3" for exhaust...

But I hear Hahn makes a decent 3" or if you want custom I would have someone make it with a ZZP Whisper resonator and a Skunk2 muffler...

If you don't have the motor to back it up 3" exhaust can hurt performance just as much as having an exhaust that's too small can hurt performance. Too small and you get too much back pressure and to large and the velocity of the exhaust gasses slow down and can hurt performance...
