yeah some members who have gotten it on claim it bangs into the firewall while the car is accelerating. Must be a very tight fit.

it seems like i have to take the drive shaft out that goes to the passanger side but i was not sure. so far i have the rack loose but i would need to pull the sway bar to get it out of the way enough.. im kinda pissed i spen 750+ for it and i cant even get it on. plus my car is down until i can get it in. the stock exhaust bolts on the flange for the downpipe snap when taking them off so i had to cut it off. and now i cant even put the stock **** back on...

look at the instructions they sent you, do you see a pic of everything assembled? do you see it installed from an over the engine bay shot or even from underneath?
something to think about here.
when we were installing it we looked through the instructions and noticed there is not one pic of a finished install.............

that is true the directions are very poor. i dont know what im going to do. i called one of their distrubtors and they have never installed the header either. if i had air tools it would be a big deal to take more stuff off the car but i dont. so it makes it hard.

Why would you buy the JBP header in the first place!?!?

#1 LOOK AT IT!!! Its got 3 miles of pipe for a shorty header!
#2 LOOK AT THE PRICE!!! $800 for a header that doesn't add anymore if AS MUCH power as any of the traditional headers (pacesetter, zzp ect.)

Big 'ol fat waste of money IMO

well i thought it was a nice looking header. something different. well im going to call them and talk to JBP about it. I spent 4 hrs trying to make it fit threw. but it hits on the rack, drive shaft, and the engine craddle. so needless to say there is no way it will fit without taking the whole car apart it seems. hopefully they let me send the **** back.
Is Hahn race crafts header and down pipe any good???

Calling them is probably the best idea. Maybe they know some trick.

I have a hahn header, it needed some persuasion to fit in there, but it's pretty easy to get installed. Mostly it hits the coolant crossover pipe and needs a little divet put into one of the primaries. Bolt #1 is a little difficult to get on as well. But it's installed and I am happy with it.

I would really love to see some pictures of your header... How does it look?

That header looks awesome. It is not a shorty header it is a long tube.I have the tog header from zzp and it fit ok. the stock dp hit the sway bar though. It's not that much work to take out the axle. Too bad you don't have air tools.

its the fact that i spent 750+ dollars on it and it doesnt even fit without major work. thats just b.s. it was the same with their intake i bought. i had to cut my core support and my tire rubs on the tubing.
