JBP Intake Install HELP!!!

Well, I installed the jbp vortex intake today and everything went wrong. Fitment was a big problem and my car bogs like crazy at idle. It jumps up to 2500 rpms then down around 600. Then after it does that, it stalls on me. i check everything and it's all tight. I was wondering if the maf sensor has to face a certain way..... Can anyone help?

the only thing i found hard about the jbp intake install was the one clamp by the coolant bottle. everything else is perfect fit.

Do you have the revised intake ? Does it sit farter up/back than the "normal" intake ?

He's just refering to the lip on the inside of the pipe which creates turbulant flow on the inside diameter of the bend, which is why it is not producing any codes.

there no tornado thingy aof any sort

i got a code the first few days, only when i redline though, normal driving, no code, ive since redlined a few times and it hasnt popped up, i think the comp wasnt used to that much air at a 7000 redline, but so far i hanvt seen it since.
