I also gave it a quick rev and it wouldn't go past 6500 so the stock rev limiter is still there.
The difference between fuel economy on a stock car versus one with the stage calibration upgrade is nil. You wouldn't suffer any hit to the pocket book other than the cost of the injectors and tuning. There has got to be someone nearby you who can flash you for a reasonable price and people sell their 42.5 injectors on here all the time for cheap.

these are my lucas #42's. and zzp 2.9.
what size is your pulley? that would help us figure out what size your injectors are.

Multiply the 1/4" by 2 (both sides), and the 1/8" by 2 and subtract the 2 of them and you get 1/4". Then assuming that the belt and pulley grooves are the same depth (1/4" divided by 2) you get 1/8". So take that 3 1/8" pulley and minis the 1/8" from all that other crap and you come up with 3". Sounds right to me I did all this with a stupid tape measure as best as I could and estimated the belt/pulley grooves. My digital caliper is at work (auto tech). So with a 3" pulley and EVERYTHING else stock, is it safe to run on 93? I haven't been beating on it because the darn dealer filled it with 87
with a 3" pulley, stock tune, and stock injectors... u should be perfectly fine.
max boost will still be 12 psi, however you will get to max boost earlier in the rpm range. also the stock pcm will bleed off the extra boost that the smaller pulley will create. keeping everything safe.

there was a well done write up about this, by DENNY(one of our moderators)
i believe SS S/c: Got boost part 1 or part 2 was the name of the thread. do a search

^^^ I am pretty sure he determined that the injectors are stock.

Edit: Never mind, you see that now.

in that case, buy a stock pulley, and press it on.

The dealer got back to me and decided to keep the warranty w/that pulley on I still want to swap it out or do a MBC on it though. From what I recall aren't you guys changing another pulley when going with a 2.8" and smaller supercharger pulley? Was it the tensioner pulley? My eyes are killing me (welding today) and I don't feel like searching and staring at the computer screen all day. Thanks.

Ok well I did some searching anyway and it seems to be the tensioner pulley being changed. I got some conflicting opinions though on what the stock size is. Is it 2.5" or 3"? Intense says 2.5" and South florida says 3". Who's right?

it stage 2.

Actually it's not. It's a south florida 2.8" modular pulley, stock injectors (as per part #), and my rev limiter is at 6500.
